Ordering

Where do I collect my order from?
Your order can be collected from our stand inside Jefferies – Your Local Provedore at 40-42 Plymouth Rd, Croydon Hills VIC 3136. We’re open 9am-5pm weekdays & 9am-4pm weekends however please advise us if you wish to pick up your order outside of these hours in the “order notes”.

Do you offer delivery?
We don’t offer delivery. Orders are available for pick up only in our store Monday-Sunday.

Is same-day pick-up available?
We don’t offer same day pick up. All orders will be available for next day pick up from midday. For anything urgent please contact the Jefferies Provedore store on (03) 9725 3288 & ask to speak to a Flori staff member.

What time will my order be available for pick up?
All orders will be ready for pick up from midday however we will contact you if your order is ready earlier. Please advise us in the “order notes” during checkout if you have a preferred pick up time.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what I will receive on pick up?
Our arrangements are floral choice which means you are choosing a style rather than specific flowers. We will create something that is most seasonally beautiful in your chosen style.

How do I look after my flowers?
Trim all flowers stems on an angle (this helps them drink better), and place them in a vase of fresh water! To ensure the longest life out of your flowers, trim stems, and refresh water every couple of days. Keep out of direct sunlight & drafts.

What days are you open?
We are open 7 days a week. Our staffed hours are below however please note you can still purchase flowers outside of these hours. Just ask for some help from one of the lovely Jefferies Provedore staff members!
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-4pm
